Philosophy
Our client comes first. We endeavour to protect the client's vision as well as their finances from the very start, to the very end of the process.
We seek to use encompass tried and trusted methods, yet we do not shy away from educating ourselves in new approaches for the project with excitement and enthusiasm.
Vision
We firstly establish the client's vision, to ascertain the need, use and aesthetics for the project. At all times in the process, the project should always be measured against the original vision.
Strategy
Vision now established, we formulate an achievable strategy to ascertain the size and potential cost of the project; its land and building requirements. At this point, feasibility sketches may be generated.
Design
We continue with detailed design and in accordance with the strategy, with a layering of information. Planning Permissions and other applications are made and achieved. The projects is again measured against the original Vision.
Construct
Detailed drawings and specifications are generated. Through the tendering process, the most appropriate constructors are selected and appointed, We then Project Manage the construction on site from commencement to completion.
